Shenyang Raiway Works Equipment factory founded in 1985 now has a working staff of 60 e-nployees with a total assets value of 5 millon yuan. It has more than thir ty pieces of equipment of d-ifferent functions. Of all the employees, fourteen are engineers and technicians including eight -with senior job titles. The f actory boasts a stro ng ability of producing spring bands and fastenings, mechanical processing and heat treatment. Main products cover: spring band fastenings, spiral clog spike, guge baffle, high-strength fish bolt, guard bolt, various gauge pull-rods and bolt washers.

    Our factory is a designated manufacturer of fastenings by the Ministry of Railways with a history of thwenty years production. Now it has a clog spike factory building of 3600m2 and spring band factory building of 6400m2 with andvancde facilities and technology at home, the testing and control means are complete an d progressive. Models ¢ñ,¢ò and ¢ó spring bands are made in brand new technology of medium-frequency induction heating and after-heat quenching. The annu al production of spring bands can reach 3 million pieces with a maximum monthly output of 300,000 pieces. Models ¢ñ,¢ò and ¢ó spring bands of good quality can be supplie d for new railway lines andurban light rails in addition to railway fastenings to meet the demand of newly-built railway lines and urban light rails.
    The spring bands and fastenings made in our factory have passed evaluations at all levels in succession and are awarded licenses issued by the State Adminis tratio n of Technical Supervision and the Ministry of Railwayw. They are extended for use in the main railway lines and urban light rails all over t he country . The sp ring band and fastening were listed in 1999 as new products of Shenyang Railway Bureau. From1995 up to now, Our factory has been developing and tri al producin g spring bands of British PR model with ¦µ20mm, ¦µ22mm and ¦µ18mm£¨£¢e£¢model£©,which are laid at Guangzho u and Beijing Subways separately. Spring b ands of model ¢ó and ¦µ22mm PR are exported to SOKand Iraq respectively. So far they are very popular with our users.Our actory takes the leade at home in ter ms of developmemt and trial production of new fastenings, testing equipment and technological level. The spring band and fas tening passed ISO 9002 internati onal quality system certification in 2000.
